At the South Carolina Grantmakers Network we recognize the value of what our members have learned about the needs and the nonprofit organizations addressing those needs in each of our communities.  So valuable is this information that we have committed ourselves to meeting regularly to learn from each other.  These meetings provide opportunities to share stories, share a laugh, and share ideas on how to improve our grantmaking and make South Carolina a better place.

To stimulate the exchange of opinions and ideas we gather to hear thought-provoking presentations by national and regional leaders involved in community-changing efforts.  These meetings always include time for discussion and short updates on what is happening around South Carolina.  The goal of the Grantmakers Network is to stay connected to each other and to the issues that affect our success.

If you are not a member, please consider joining.  An easy way to do so is to come as a guest of one of our members.  If you are a member, please bring others with you.  The network will get better and better the more connections we make.
